After I got my hobbit to level 60, I started checking the trade hall for better items than I already had. I’ve heard all sorts of players saying that you do not really need a lot of money in LOTRO because there is nothing really to purchase. Strangely though, I noticed that there were lots of excellent weapons to choose from, but no money to get them. After asking around for information to get some money, I started hunting for a lord of the rings online gold guide.
I spent a lot of time hunting for an awesome guide, but I fought it was better than harassing my kin mates with the normal questions like “What should I kill for some money?” or “Anyone know a great farming spot?” and questions like that. Nobody likes newbie questions asked constantly. After finally finding a good guide, I got to work. One thing I’ve noticed was that it contained spots I used a lot during my levelling up bit. It was weird because when I was at them I did not see them as a “gold mine”, if you will. I realized I did not discover their potential due to my low level and lack of experience. At first I wanted to start farming my way, the way I did when I was lower in level than the spot or a bit higher.
